Solving the problem
Opportunity: An innovative way to increase the marriage in our society, to help promote financial stability, better health in our society, and a decrease in crime rates.
Service: I think the government should implement an incentive to marriage. This would in turn cause more people to become married, and for more people to stay married. The marriage would have to first be legitimate, and recognized by the state of residence. Additionally, there would be two random yearly therapists visits, and home visits to ensure true happiness, and a successful marriage. The actual incentive would be small, and would change based upon the years of marriage. Lastly, this small incentive would sadly be added with our taxes, but then a portion of that would be given back during tax returns. So essentially society is paying you, to be in love, and married.
