Reflection: I originally thought that this was going to be an easy assignment. This is due to the fact that as humans we always look to spot the problems in things. So it was easy to instantly think of the things that bother me, but soon it started getting more difficult. I found my self having to look in my surroundings and think about the things I interact with on a daily, and actually think. But the problem of why is where the real trouble began. Like how do I take an issue that I personally found a problem with and basically make it general. But, all in all I think this assignment did what it was supposed to do, and that was makes me actually think deeper than surface level thinking.

Comments

  1. Elly, I really enjoyed reading through your bug list as I think many people can relate to the points you brought up. I personally agree with your points about Apple products. I, too, believe that you should not have to purchase Apple Music after having purchased the phone itself-- the constant updates are also quite annoying. Creating my bug list, I ran into the same issue of really having to think about what went on in my daily life, which made the assignment a bit challenging. Great job coming up with "bugs."

  2. Hi Elly, I really liked the detailed descriptions you gave as to why the bugs exist and the variety of "bugs" you wrote. I was expecting to read "bugs" that had more to do with day to day life but these "bugs" I can tell have more to do with specific events that have occurred to you. I can definitely relate to your difficulty in finding more things to write about towards the end. There were "bugs" that I did not even have to think about but towards the end I also found that I had to start paying more attention to my surroundings.
