Exit Strategy
Whew! I haven’t really thought of my exit strategy. But, I think the world is fast changing, and I don’t see it slowing down any time soon. But, I think if the marriage rate in this country keeps declining, and people are still single, and like to party, then my business will stay relevant. In my opinion with the way is going, and it’s favor for electronic devices, I believe people will really appreciate my old school approach to dating while still trying to keep it as updated as possible. With all that being said I hope to protect my business and keep it within the family. But, this can change as each new generation comes in, and how society is doing at the time. I would hope that 7 generations later, and my business will still be standing. My thoughts are at every 10 year anniversary of the business the CEO can evaluate the business plan, and make a great decision regarding the business. Looking back now, I can see that this exit strategy is the best for my business, and all of my decisions were geared to my business being around for decades to come. A decision in particular is the social media aspect of my business, the the location of the business. Additionally, I think my company can lasts generations because it’s safe in a way, and while the world is changing everyday, my customers can be comforted with the fact that my business won’t evolve as quickly, and something’s will still be familiar to them.
Hi Elly!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that the world changes fast, and that we don't and can't know what the future holds for us. I also agree that I think there are always going to be single people, and most of them will probably like your invention.
